Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of VPN infrastructure and network connectivity services provided by Genite LTD ("Genite", "we", "us", or "our"), incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus on 14 September 2026 under registration number HE 498311, having its registered office at 34 Pavlou Liasidi, Pyrgos, 4529 Limassol, Cyprus (Telephone: +357 99 780278). This policy is designed to protect our infrastructure, our customers, and the internet community.

1. Permitted Use

Our VPN services are provided to enhance data encryption, network privacy, and secure remote connectivity for legitimate personal and business purposes. Customers are expected to use the services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Genite VPN services or infrastructure to engage in or facilitate any of the following activities:

  • Illegal Activities: Any conduct that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Unauthorized Access: Hacking, scanning, probing, or exploiting vulnerabilities in any network, system, or database without explicit written consent.
  • Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS): Launching, participating in, or amplifying denial of service attacks.
  • Malware Distribution: Transmitting, distributing, or hosting malicious software, viruses, worms, Trojans, or spyware.
  • Spam and Unsolicited Messaging: Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), automated spam comments, or unsolicited marketing communications.
  • Infringement of Intellectual Property: Distributing, downloading, or transmitting copyright-infringing materials or violating trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
  • Network Abuse: Interfering with the operation, performance, or availability of our servers or networks.

3. Enforcement and Monitoring

Genite LTD does not inspect or monitor the contents of encrypted user traffic in transit. However, we reserve the right to investigate reports of systemic network abuse or infrastructure degradation. If a violation of this policy is identified, we may issue a warning, suspend access, or terminate services without liability.
