These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website geniteltd.com and the VPN services operated by Genite LTD ("Genite", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus on 14 September 2026 under registration number HE 498311, having its registered office at 34 Pavlou Liasidi, Pyrgos, 4529 Limassol, Cyprus (Telephone: +357 99 780278).
By accessing our Site or utilizing our VPN connectivity services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from ordering or using our services.
Genite LTD provides secure VPN server solutions, personal VPN access, business remote access configurations, office-to-office VPN connectivity, private server deployments, and managed connectivity services.
Pre-Order Technical Confirmation: Supported client devices, operating system compatibility, simultaneous connection limits, server locations, and bandwidth allocations or network restrictions are reviewed and confirmed with the customer prior to ordering or service activation.
Service periods (including monthly, quarterly, or annual commitments), setup charges for dedicated endpoint provisioning or custom network configurations, renewal schedules, and cancellation arrangements are specified in the applicable written quotation, service schedule, or order confirmation.
Services renew according to the agreed billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing period in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and European Union laws. Our VPN services may not be used for malicious interference, network degradation, illegal file distribution, or unauthorized system access. Use is strictly governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
VPN services provide encrypted network connectivity between your device and the VPN server, reducing local eavesdropping risks and concealing the origin IP. However, no VPN service can guarantee absolute online anonymity or protect against all endpoint vulnerabilities, phishing, or compromised credentials. Genite provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
